Our Cheer Training Philosophy
At Cheer U, we focus on stomp-n-shake style cheer, building a strong foundation of fundamental skills. Our comprehensive training programs help athletes develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork. We are dedicated to fostering good character and healthy self-esteem through cheerleading education.
Empowering Girls Through Cheer, Confidence, and Character
Cheer University LLC is a mobile cheer training program based in Richmond, Virginia specializing in Virginia-style Stomp-N-Shake cheerleading.
Our program serves girls ages 8–16 and combines athletic training with personal development, helping young girls grow in:

• Leadership
• Teamwork
• Discipline
• Self-worth
Through cheer training and mentorship, we help participants develop both physical cheer skills, character building and life skills that support success on and off the floor.
Partnership Opportunities

Training for Individuals
Private Lessons and Try-out Training
($45 per session, min 4 sessions)
- Cheer Try-out training to prepare your cheerleader for school tryouts
- Private Lessons are for one-on one training that provides forced attention.
*Sessions are for 1 hour
Semi-Private lessons
($30 per athlete, max 4 athletes)
Small Group Training with one of our awesome coaches to strengthen skill sets outside of the regular training class.
*Sessions are for 1 hour
